LEX by Nemiroff is an ultra-premium vodka created as a result of three years of work by a team of experienced craftsmen. Everything, from the raw ingredients to the bottle design, is subject to precision production and consistency of taste.
Raw materials and origin
LEX by Nemiroff is based on raw materials with a distinct geographical and taste profile. Each component comes from verified sources, and the selection of ingredients is governed by the principle of consistent quality:
- The grain base consists of wheat and corn from Ukrainian black soil. The combination of these two crops allows us to achieve a balance of softness and structure in the main spirit.
- The water is artesian, sourced from underground aquifers in Podillia. It has natural mineralisation, which ensures purity of taste without any additional impurities.
- Ingredients are of natural origin, with mandatory control of each batch before use.
This approach allows us to maintain not only technological stability, but also to emphasise the character of the region from which the product originates.
Stabilisation: six months’ ageing
After filtration, the liquid undergoes a six-month “resting” period. It is a rare technological stage for vodka, which allows the drink to stabilise at the molecular level, reducing residual alcohol aggression and giving the texture smoothness.
Thirteen stages of filtration
The technological core of LEX is a 13-stage purification system that includes both classic and unique methods:
- silver filtration — ensures a silky texture and removes residual foreign notes;
- platinum filtration — stabilises clarity and texture, neutralising microdefects;
- amber filtration — the final stage, which gives a soft tone and depth to the taste profile.
The filtration process is not accelerated: pressure, temperature and fluid flow rate are monitored at every stage.
Design and bottling
Every LEX bottle is an example of craftsmanship:
- French perfume glass;
- hand decoration and control of each unit;
- premium packaging that matches the product’s quality.
The design project was created in collaboration with the Stranger & Stranger agency, and production was carried out at Saverglass, a company specialising in glass for luxury items.
The technological approach as a philosophy
LEX by Nemiroff is not just a product, but a manifestation of the concept “technology shapes character.” To achieve a complex taste profile with light floral notes, botanicals were distilled using an alembic still, a technique used by high-end distilleries.
This creates a full-bodied, clean but multidimensional taste profile, without the dominance of aromatic additives, and with respect for the traditions of the vodka style.
