Egypt have appointed former USA boss Bob Bradley as coach.
The 53-year-old has been appointed on a $37,000 a month deal until after the 2014 World Cup in Brazil.
Previous coach Hassan Shehata stepped down from the role after seven years in the role in June with Egypt collecting only two points from four Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers.

Although it is too late to qualify for the tournament, Bradley, who was sacked as US coach in July after four years in charge, has been brought in to re-energise the Egyptian side.
His first match in charge will be against Brazil in a friendly in November.
"I'm proud to take over as coach of Egypt," Bradley said at a press conference.
"I'm looking forward to dealing with the players."
